10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
In no event shall PolicyWriter AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue

- Business interruption

- Cost of substitute services

- All outstanding fees become immediately due
